Where are HelaSecrets pieces made?

Every HelaSecrets garment is designed and made in Sri Lanka — cut, sewn and finished in our Colombo studio. Slight variations in texture and colour between runs are properties of the cloth rather than defects.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery anywhere we deliver in Sri Lanka. Card payment through PayHere is charged in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

How long will my order take?

Delivery timeframes depend on destination shipping zone and are determined from configured zone data.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange something?

Accepted Answer

Unworn garments with original tags attached may be returned for store credit or refund. To initiate a return, email hello@helasecrets.fashion with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide parcel return address details and instructions.

What size should I take?

Our cuts are relaxed. Check the size guide for body measurements in centimetres; if you are between sizes, take the smaller one for a closer fit.

Question 6

Will the fabric shrink or fade?

Accepted Answer

Cotton and linen relax by roughly 2–3% on the first wash, which our garment sizing accounts for. Cold hand wash and dry in shade to keep the colour deep.
