Delivery Terms

Orders are cut, hand-checked and dispatched from our Colombo studio Monday to Friday.
Delivery timeframes depend on destination shipping zone and are determined from configured zone data.
Shipments are handled by registered local couriers. Once dispatched, a delivery update is sent to your email address.
Returns & exchanges
Returns Policy
- Unworn garments with original tags attached may be returned for store credit or refund.
- To initiate a return, email hello@helasecrets.fashion with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide parcel return address details and instructions.
- Return postage is covered by HelaSecrets for faulty or incorrect items; for standard returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Made-to-measure orders, altered garments, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for alternative sizes or available garments are accepted for unworn pieces with tags attached.
- Email hello@helasecrets.fashion to reserve your exchange size while your returned piece is in transit to our studio.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon receipt and verification of returned garments at our studio.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via direct bank transfer to the customer's verified bank account.
